  8.      c64toppm  - convert a C64 picture file to a portable pixmap file

  11. SYNOPSIS
  12.      c64toppm [<flifile> [<ppmfile>]]
  13.      c64toilbm <flifile> <ppmfile>

  15. DESCRIPTION
  16.      Reads an C64 picture file and produces a portable pixmap file (or
  17.      an IFF ILBM file). Will refuse to convert a short file.
  18.  
  19.      Understands and automatically detects the following file formats:
  20.  
  21.                 Load Address
  22.     Koalapainter        $6000
  23.     FLI  w/ bg colors    $3b00
  24.     FLI w/o bg colors    $3c00
  25.     BFLI            $3bff        ('b' in $3bff)
  26.     AFLI            $4000
